These terms govern use of BuildXFlow ("the Service"), operated by Primary Web Marketing for the BuildX marketing team and authorized users. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service is an internal social media management tool for scheduling, publishing, and analyzing content on social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only with accounts you have the right to access.
You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to post it. You authorize the Service to publish and schedule content on your behalf to the accounts you connect, and to retrieve analytics for those accounts.
Use of connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) is also subject to each platform's own terms and policies. You agree to comply with them. The Service accesses platform data only through official APIs and approved permissions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third-party platform APIs will always be available.
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse or violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
