Six steps. The whole point is that a post goes out deliberately, on time, to the right channel, and that you can tell afterwards whether it worked.
Each platform is connected once through its own official authorisation screen, where you review the permissions being requested and grant them yourself. BuildXFlow never asks for a platform password. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes the access immediately.
Compose the caption, attach the video or the stills, and select the channels it should go to. The composer knows which formats each platform accepts, so a vertical walkthrough can go out as a TikTok and a YouTube Short while the same shoot's photographs go to Instagram and Facebook.
Each channel gets its own publish time and its own format. Before anything is queued, the account you are publishing as is shown to you, and you choose and confirm the privacy setting for the post. Nothing is assumed on your behalf.
Content sits as a draft until a named person approves it. The approver can do that in the app or from a one-click link in an email alert, which matters when the person signing off is on a job site rather than at a desk. Approval is recorded with who and when.
Best-time-to-post is calculated from your own published history, per platform and per weekday, and it tells you how confident it is and how many posts that is based on. Approved content waits in a queue and publishes at its scheduled moment.
Weekly per-platform cards show the numbers and the movement since last week. Retention analysis separates the videos that held attention from the ones that were merely served. Winners can be reused in a click, and the whole set exports as one PDF.
Worth being explicit, because a scheduling tool with access to your accounts should be.
Every post is created by a signed-in team member and approved by a named person before it can be queued. There is no autonomous posting and no content generated and published without review.
BuildXFlow reads the connected account's own profile and its own post metrics. It does not browse, collect or analyse other users' posts, followers or private information.
Platform data is used to show you your own numbers inside the application. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used to build advertising or tracking profiles of anyone.
Connections use each platform's official OAuth flow. We never ask for, store or transmit your platform passwords, and access can be revoked from the platform's own settings as well as from ours.
The per-platform detail, including exactly which permissions are requested and why, is on the Platforms and data use page.
