BuildXFlow ("the Service") is a social media management application operated by BuildX LLC ("we", "us") for use by the BuildX marketing team and authorized users. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.
If you complete the access-request form on our website, we collect the company name, your name, your work email address, and any website address, team size and notes you choose to provide. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss setting up an account. It is not added to a marketing list, it is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties. We keep it for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting account, and you can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact address below.
The public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The application at app.buildxflow.com sets a single session cookie when you sign in, which is required to keep you signed in and is deleted when you sign out.
When you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube), you authorize the Service, through each platform's official API and your explicit consent, to access only:
We only access accounts you connect and authorize. We do not access content from accounts you do not own or administer.
Connected-account data is used solely to provide the Service to you: scheduling and publishing the posts you create, and displaying analytics and reporting about your own content. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are used only to perform the actions you authorize. You can revoke access at any time from within the Service or from the respective platform's app settings (e.g. Facebook Settings > Business Integrations, your LinkedIn/TikTok/Google permissions pages). Revoking access immediately stops our access.
We retain connected-account data only as long as the account remains connected and you use the Service. To request deletion of your data, disconnect the account within the Service or contact us at the address below; we will delete stored tokens and associated data promptly.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted to authorized users. Credentials and tokens are stored with access controls and encryption.
